We are a smaller sized, established bookkeeping company. We are continuing to grow, and find ourselves in need of additional team members. Applicant must be comfortable working with multiple clients, capable of multi-tasking, have a good attitude, be well organized, be able to learn quickly and adapt to busier times of the year.

1) Must have prior experience with QuickBooks and be able to have an understanding of accounting principles, capable of data entry of monthly bookkeeping for clients, complete monthly reconciliations along with A/P and A/R, and bank downloads. Preparation of Financial Reports is a plus.

2) Must have prior experience with preparing weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls along with preparing monthly, quarterly and annual payroll returns, such as state wage withholding, 941 filings, W-2 and 1099 filings.

3) Must have prior experience in preparing multi-jurisdictional monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns along with experience with preparing quarterly and annual use tax returns.
